Oh, I'm just putting these out for the chargouyle.
The what?
The chargouyle.
You know, they come in, pick up your unwanted ash and char.
Nobody does that.
Well, the chargouyel does.
Okay.
What do they do with the ash and char?
I don't know.
I guess chargoyles stuff.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's not a thing.
Gargoyles are a thing.
What's a gargoyle?
Do those creepy statues they used to put on the roofs of old castles?
Bald castles, you know, with weird faces.
Oh, and a funny hat.
I think they have wings sometimes.
And big boots.
They look sort of like dragons.
Yeah, exactly.
But human and with none of the things you mentioned.
Yeah.
We're not talking about the same thing.
Hi Brayden.
Oh.
Hi, Dave.
Yeah.
Do you mind?
Oh, no.
Please.
Thanks.
Have a good one.
Yeah.
You too.
Isn't Dave so nice?
I have no idea who that guy is.
Oh, you don't know Dave?
You know Dave?
Nope.
Yeah.
You do.
He's the, you know the char goyle.
Yes.
Oh wait.
Dave.
Wait up.
Everything all right?
Oh, yeah.
This is Rene, by the way.
Oh, pleasure to meet you, Rene.
Charmed, charmed.
Very good.
That's a traditional char goyle greeting.
Hey, are you Char Gilligan?
No.
Oh, well, you got that right.
Look in the right manners.
Oh, great.
So, Dave, we were wondering, what do you do with the char in ash?
Well, I bring it to the different people who need it.
Okay, bye.
Oh, but what do they need it for?
What do you mean?
A ton of things.
You're not aware of the general uses for char and ash?
So you're just carrying around a piece of char for the fun of it.
What, this.
No, I draw with this.
It's a piece of vine charcoal.
Oh my god.
How am I just putting that together right now?
Well, as my mother always said, thou art of observation is often overlooked.
The art of observation.
Yeah.
I could never tell if.
Whose art?
Like drawing or art.
Like something you should do.
I guess both work.
Wait, so that's all char is good for is drawing.
What about ash?
Sheesh no.
that's not all.
Char is good for an ash.
Yes.
There's a ton of stuff that you could do with ash.
Look, I'm happy to expound on that myriad uses, but you'll have to tag along with me.
I got a schedule to keep, and a good chargoyle is never late.
Yeah.
I can't stand being late.
Yeah, you should probably take one of those DNA tests.
I'd put coin on there being chargoyle somewhere in your bloodline.
Anyway, you guys gonna roll with me or what?
Yeah, it sounds fun.
Lead the way.
Great.
Tallyho.
Now, where do I begin?
