They accuse Biden of breaking campaign promise

Immigrant advocates took to the streets of Newark on Friday, calling for the Biden administration to close the privately run Elizabeth Detention Center. A federal judge ruled last month the center, which is used to house detainees for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, could remain open despite a state law prohibiting the renewal of ICE contracts with private detention centers.
