Business owners hope increased prices due to inflation won't keep people away this summer

The unofficial start of summer lived up to the hype at Point Pleasant Beach as thousands of people lined up for the beach and bars on Jenkinson’s Boardwalk. Increasing cases of COVID-19 in New Jersey and record-high gas prices didn't stop beachgoers and tourists from heading to the Shore this Memorial Day.
